Warranty

All Mirabai Malas are covered by our six (6) months manufacturer replacement warranty. 

 

Warranty Detail

Mirabai Malas will replace any mala proven to be faulty due to manufacturing within six (6) months after the date of purchase by the customer with proof of original sales receipt.

 

We will replace a faulty mala with the same style mala when available in stock, otherwise with an alternative in stock mala of your choice to the same value or less.

 

This warranty does not cover damage, loss or change in colour (tarnish, dirty) as a result of normal wear and tear, mishandling or neglect from its user.

 

The outcome of the warranty is at the discretion of Mirabai Malas.

 

 

Out of Warranty Malas

If  your mala breaks outside of the six (6) months warranty period, or it has sadly been damaged otherwise (not due to a manufacturing fault), Mirabai Malas will accept a return of the mala and provide you with an AUD$30 credit to be used towards a future purchase (minimum purchase AUD$100).

 

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

 

Submitting Your Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please email us at hello@mirabaimalas.com with:

 

  1. Your name

  2. Your order number OR copy of original sales receipt

  3. Photo of the faulty item

  4. Description of what happened (so we can make sure it doesn’t happen again!)

 

We will then provide you with details for returning the item. We suggest that you use registered post to ensure it’s safe arrival. Items lost during transit will not be eligible to receive the warranty exchange.
