Order Processing 

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and up to 5 business days during sale and Christmas periods. All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.

Australia Shipping

  • FREE EXPRESS shipping on all orders (from dispatch: 1-3 business days metro areas, 2-5 business days regional areas)

New Zealand Shipping

  • FREE EXPRESS shipping on all orders (6-12 business days)

  • Shipped with Australia Post, and delivered by NZ Post

International Shipping 

  • FREE Standard International shipping on all orders over AUD$300 (7 - 25 business days - depending on location)

  • AUD$10 Standard International shipping on all orders under AUD$300 (7 - 25 business days depending on location)

  • AUD$20 Express International shipping on all orders (5 - 20 business days depending on location)

  • Shipped with Australia Post, and delivered by your local postal service.

Tracking My Shipment

Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your item has been dispatched. It may take up to 48hrs for Australia Post to update your tracking number. You can track your shipment here.

 

Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels 

If your parcels had not arrived, please visit the Australia Post website with your tracking number to view its transit. For further enquiry, contact Australia Post directly. If your parcel has been confirmed lost by Australia Post, please let us know and we will file a claim with Australia Post for the value of the goods. However if this process is unsuccessful, Mirabai Malas can not be held responsible, financially or otherwise, for the lost parcel.

Mirabai Malas can not be held responsible for any orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If we do not receive correct shipping information at the time of your purchase, we are not liable for any costs incurred to retrieve or resend your order or for any lost or irretrievable parcels. 

 

 

Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for any additional fees upon arrival of their parcel (such as taxes/ duties/ brokerage fees), these fees are unique to the country of destination and it is the customers responsibility to be aware of any such fees before purchasing.

  • Mirabai Malas can not provide invoices for lesser dollar amounts. 

  • Mirabai Malas does not accept returns COD.

  • Shipments can sometimes be delayed if they fall over an Australian or international public holiday period.

  • Please double check your shipping address as parcels once shipped can not be re-addresses. 

  • Items rejected at delivery will be charged the shipping fee.
