Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your mala! Therefore, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will happily refund or exchange your mala within fourteen (14) days of delivery. 

Conditions of Return & Exchange

  • Items must be in original, unused condition.

  • All hangtags must be attached to the product.

  • All product accessories must be returned and in original condition (ie. keep bag, mantra card, any free gifts etc.).

  • Shipping charges are non-refunded.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping cost of item and any applicable international duty or tax fees. 

  • All refunds will incur an AUD$20 handling fee which will be deducted from the refunded amount.  

  • We will credit your original method of payment, less any shipping and handling charges, within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned item, provided the item meets the above criteria. 

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item does not meet the above criteria or the refund/exchange request is made after fourteen days of the tracked delivery date. 

To return or exchange your mala, please email us within fourteen (14) days of the tracked delivery date, at hello@mirabaimalas.com with the following information:

  1. Your name

  2. Your order number

  3. Whether you would like a refund,  credit or exchange

 

Sale Items 

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refund or exchange. Sale items will be advertised as such on our website. Items purchased using a first time customer discount code or ambassador promotional code are not considered sale items and may still be returned or exchanged unless otherwise stated.

 

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

Every product we send out is inspected to ensure it's of the highest quality. However, if you happen to receive a faulty or damaged item as a result of a manufacturer or shipping, we will happily replace it as long as it is reported to us within five (5) days and is returned within fourteen (14) days of the tracked delivery date. We will replace the item if it is in stock, or provide you with a store credit or refund if it is not.

 

Please note that as our products are individually handmade from naturally occurring materials, you may notice natural variances in the gemstones or slight “imperfections” in the hand knotting process. These are evidence of their natural and artisan origin and are not considered manufacturing faults.

  3. Photo of the damaged item

Disclaimer

  • We do not accept returns that are sent COD.

  • We suggest that all returns are sent via registered post to ensure their safe arrival. Items lost during transit will not be eligible for refund or exchange. 

  • Please note we only accept returns and exchanges for items purchased from mirabaimalas.com. If you purchased your Mirabai Mala from another website or retail outlet, please contact them directly for their refund and exchange policy, which may be different from ours.
